William Street Partners is a highly specialized executive search firm working with private equity investors and their portfolio companies across North America. We’re seeking an Associate Recruiter to join our team in Barrie.
Working closely with the founder, you will help identify and engage senior executives across a variety of industries and leadership functions. The role combines company and candidate research, outreach, initial candidate conversations, and coordination throughout the search process. You will gain exposure to executive recruitment, private equity, and the leadership teams behind growing businesses.
We’re looking for a curious, resourceful individual with excellent communication and organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Sound judgment, integrity, and professionalism are essential.
