VettaTech is a Canadian web design, hosting and custom app company based in Barrie. We build fast, custom websites and custom apps for small and mid-sized businesses, and we’re looking for an independent sales representative to grow our client base across Simcoe County.
This is a commission-only, independent contractor role. You set your own hours and work your own territory.
What you’ll do
- Find local businesses in Simcoe County that need a new website, or a better way to run their day-to-day work (trades, contractors, service businesses and more)
- Spot opportunities for custom apps, like booking, job tracking, client portals, field reporting and time tracking
- Reach out, network in person and book intro calls
- Our team handles the mockups, scoping, quotes, builds and ongoing support
What you earn
- 20% of the project price on every website or custom app you bring in, paid once the client pays in full
- Commission is based on the project price before tax
- No cap on earnings
- Free sample mockups to help you open doors
Who this suits
- Lives in or near Simcoe County (Barrie, Orillia, Innisfil, Bradford, Collingwood, Alliston, Midland and surrounding areas)
- Experience in B2B, small business or local sales
- Comfortable reaching out to business owners and asking about how they run their business
- Already connected to local business owners is a big plus (BNI, chambers of commerce, trade networks)
- Self-motivated and organized
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle, since you’ll be meeting business owners across the county
