About the role
The Frank Burgio Team is growing. Frank is one of RARE Real Estate's top-producing team leads. We're looking for agents who want more deals, better systems and a team that actually has their back.
You won't be building from scratch. We already have the systems in place. Your job is to show up, serve clients and close.
Compensation
Commission-based. $100,000 to $200,000 per year.

Who you are
- Driven, coachable and accountable to your numbers
- Comfortable working with buyers and sellers across Barrie and Simcoe County
- A strong communicator who follows up fast
- Someone who wants a team culture, not a solo grind
Requirements
- Active RECO registration
- TRREB membership (or willing to join)
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
